The items listed are for reimbursements, scholarship, talent show, science night, safety/conflict manager picnic, AR program, and field day at middle/high school and grade school.
Budget was reviewed and approved.
The amount that PTSA will be able to supply to the Winlock School District to help cover the cost of AR program. The district office has been notified of this amount.
Conflict Managers picnic:
This event is scheduled for June 5. There is a budget request for hot dogs, buns, dessert, beans and condiments. This was approved.
Little Caesars pizza fundraiser was voted on and approved. This fundraiser will run from May 1 – May 12, 2015 with pick up scheduled for May 21, 2015 @ 4:30 – 6:00 pm.
Scheduled for May 29, 2015 @ 6:00 – 8:00 pm at the elementary school lunchroom.
The last meeting is scheduled for May 18, 2015 @ 4:00 pm
